🚚 Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only.
Please note that some items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or certain postcodes due to size or carrier restrictions. If this applies to your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

⏱ Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days from our Victorian warehouse.
  • During peak periods (October to December), dispatch times may extend to 5-6 business days due to high order volumes.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

🚛 Shipping Options & Timeframes

1. Store Pickup (Victoria Only)

  • Select ‘Pickup’ at checkout to collect your order from our store.
  • We'll notify you when it's ready for collection, which is usually on the same day!

2. Standard Shipping

  • Cost is calculated at checkout based on order size and your postcode.
  • Estimated delivery times:
     Victoria: 3-5 business days
     Interstate: 7-10 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier capacity. While we do our best to dispatch quickly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Express Shipping

  • Available for Melbourne metro areas.
  • Estimated delivery:
     Metro Melbourne: 1-2 business days
     Other express-eligible areas: 2-3 business days

📬 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been marked as shipped.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.
  • Most orders are sent via Australia Post, but larger/heavier items may be delivered by courier.

📦 Shipping Rates & Coverage

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
  • We pack your order with care and protective packaging, but in rare cases, damage may occur during transit. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you receive a damaged item.

🛑 Important Delivery Terms

Authority to Leave (ATL):
If you choose ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout or request it in your order notes, you authorise the courier to leave your parcel without a signature. In this case, Kandi Cota  is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address. If returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges will apply.

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Fees:
If couriers are unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, re-delivery fees may be charged. To avoid delays or fees, consider adding delivery instructions or opting for ATL if suitable for your location.
